• The vineyard has 23 hectares of country grape, planted for more than 200 years, plus one hectare of Cabernet grape, one hectare of Merlot grape and one hectare of Tintorera grape; has about 100,000 plants (4,000 plants per hectare) with roots of more than 15 meters of depth each and they are small hills, at the foot of road and the FF.CC.

• For many years the grapes were sold to large wineries (Viña Concha y Toro, Viña Santa Carolina ...). A wine with the Luis Manuel Benavente brand was also produced and exported to Mexico, mixing the Cabernet and Merlot strains with the uva pais (4 containers).

• This vineyard must produce between 4,000 and 5,000 liters per hectare when it is kept clean of weeds and with the necessary fertilizers.

• The vineyard has a cellar of 1200m² on a plot of 5000m², built in 1849. This winery has 3 stainless steel vats, totaling 60,000 L., ​​1 of 10,000, 1 of 20,000 and 1 of 30,000 L., with double purpose of fermentation and storage, with vendimia machine, with bottle filler, filter and 2 corkscrews.

• The vineyard house has 250m² and has 4 bedrooms, living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, 2 outdoor bathrooms, kitchen, plus a meeting area of ​​120m², surrounded by gardens and vineyards.
